By accessing or using MyKinkFile ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyKinkFile. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data. The Service contains adult content and is intended exclusively for adults.

3. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyKinkFile and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create and upload (such as custom kinks, fantasies, and limits), but you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Quiz results and archetype labels are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only — they are not professional advice of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyKinkFile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
